99etd Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 99etd platform and its users. By creating an account on 99etd or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

99etd is an online betting and casino platform operated in Bengali for players in Bangladesh. The following eligibility requirements must be met to access the platform or use its services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.

• You may only hold one account; opening multiple accounts is prohibited.

99etd reserves the right to refuse or restrict access to any individual at any time, particularly if a breach of the above terms is suspected.

2.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 99etd, you must provide accurate and complete personal information. Opening an account with false information is a serious breach of the Terms and may result in the account being suspended or permanently closed.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• If multiple accounts are found to be operated by the same person, all accounts will be closed and any unearned bonuses will be forfeited.
• Account details such as email, phone number, and payment information must be kept up to date at all times.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

To ensure security and prevent fraud, 99etd may request identity verification at any time. Failure to respond may result in withdrawal suspension or temporary account closure. Documents required for verification may include: a national ID card, passport, or any government-issued photo ID.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login details secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify the 99etd support team immediately. Using or transferring your account through a third party is prohibited.

3.1 Deposit

The following payment methods are accepted for deposits on 99etd: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major banks). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposits will only be accepted from a payment source registered in the account holder's own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited.
• If your balance is not reflected after a successful deposit, please contact the support team.

3.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. Once a withdrawal request is submitted and account verification is complete, funds will be sent via the designated payment method.

• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit, not to a third-party account.
• In cases of suspected fraud, additional documents may be requested and the withdrawal may be delayed.
• 99etd reserves the right to set withdrawal limits as needed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

99etd offers new members a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳3,000. If you deposit ৳10,000, the bonus will be ৳8,000 due to the maximum cap, giving a total of ৳18,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus funds, not to the original deposited amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 25 = ৳50,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — once expired, the bonus will be cancelled automatically.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible bets; certain games may be excluded from bonus use.
• In cases of fraudulent bonus claims, the bonus and any winnings from it will be forfeited.
• 99etd reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• While a bonus is active, adding a new bonus may be restricted.

4.4 VIP Program

The 99etd VIP program has five tiers that provide weekly cashback benefits for regular players: Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.5%), Gold (up to 0.7%), Platinum (up to 1.0%), and Diamond (up to 1.2%). VIP tier is determined based on player activity and may be upgraded or downgraded accordingly.

5.1 Betting Rules

Cricket, football, kabaddi, slots, live casino, and other games are available on the 99etd platform. Each game category may have its own specific rules, which are described on the relevant game page.

• Bets placed on odds or payouts displayed incorrectly due to a system error or technical issue may not be accepted.
• 99etd reserves the right to investigate any unusual betting patterns and cancel them if necessary.
• In sports betting, outcomes are determined in accordance with announcements from official or international sports bodies.
• Casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair play.

5.2 Maximum Bet Limits

Maximum bet limits may be set for various games and markets. These limits may be changed by 99etd from time to time, and separate limits may apply to specific players in certain cases.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 99etd platform and, if any of them are detected, the account will be closed and the balance forfeited:

• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal sources.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Match fixing or any fraudulent betting strategy.
• Placing bets using software bots or automated methods.
• Attempting to infiltrate or hack the platform's systems.
• Requesting withdrawals to a third-party account.
• Concealing or changing identity to unlawfully collect promotional benefits.
• Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour towards support staff.

10.1 Changes to Terms

10.2 Account Termination

You may request to close your account at any time through support. If any outstanding wagering requirements have not been met at the time of account closure, those funds may be forfeited. The original deposited amount (excluding bonuses) will remain withdrawable, provided no breach of the Terms has occurred.

99etd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the event of a breach of the Terms, and to forfeit any associated bonuses and winnings.

After a complaint is submitted, 99etd will review it and communicate a decision within a reasonable time. The final decision will be made on the basis of applicable law and these Terms.
